Are you a high school student looking forward to college? Need Volunteer hours for college admission or scholarships? Or just want to get involved in your local community's baseball park? We are happy to provide community service hours to our student volunteers. Both student and adult volunteers are welcomed and appreciated!


Coach:
Coaches play a role in the success of a baseball team, both in terms of wins and losses and the overall experience of players and fans. The best baseball coaches often share similar characteristics:

  Knowledgeable and Talent Evaluation 
     Knowledgeable about baseball
     Teach the rules of baseball
     Teach the fundamental skills of baseball
     Teach beyond the basics and help players improve their skills maximizes the team's ability to win and overall level of success   
   Strategist
     Direct players in competition
   Leadership
     Motivate players to succeed by being fair, positive, patient, sincere, concerned and hones in on the player's strengths
     Promote success through teamwork
     Help young people develop character
     Provide a safe physical environment
     Communicate in a positive way 

Team Parent: 
A great Team Parent can be an amazing resource for coaches, players and families on a team. This officially unofficial position is somewhere between an administrative assistant and an assistant coach, and largely involves taking responsibility for the “little things” the coach can't personally oversee.

Student Volunteers:
Student volunteers, who can help with the operations of our sports, serve as mentors, work in our concession stands, and show leadership
